Arthrobene® Plus Joint Capsules contain a specially formulated combination of nutrients for the special needs of highly stressed joints. The capsules contain natural regenerative nutrients such as vitamin D, vitamin C, manganese as well as coral powder and galactolipids from rosehip. The combination of these nutrients also helps to slow the aging process of healthy articular cartilage (anti-aging).

The body's own production of the essential nutrients that nourish the cartilage, tendons, ligaments and the bone structure decreases with increasing age.  Excess weight, dysplasia (congenital deformities), improper footwear, hard physical labour or competitive sports may also adversely affect the cartilage and joints.

Ingredients:

Glucosamine and Chondroitin:Arthrobene® Plus Joint Capsules contain glucosamine and chondroitin at the ratio of 6:5. Glucosamine is the basic building material for cartilage, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and is a component of synovial fluid.In our body glucosamine sulfate is metabolized to N-acetyl-glucosamine (NAG) and is a component of the body's own production of hyaluronic acid.
Chondroitin can store in the connective tissue in large quantities of water.

Vitamin C: Well-known as an antioxidant, it has now been confirmed by the EU that vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of cartilage (EFSA Journal 2009; 7(9):1226)

Rosehip Powder: Rose hip powder contains natural vitamin C and natural galactolipids, which are characterized by their anti-oxidative effect (elimination of free radicals).

Vitamin D: Vitamin D is extremely important for the absorption of calcium as it has a decisive influence on bone density and bone metabolism. Vitamin D and calcium also improve muscle function.

Manganese: is an important trace mineral. It contributes to the maintenance of normal bones (EFSA Journal 2009; 7(9):1217) and also contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue (EFSA Journal 2010; 8(10):1808. 

L-Cystein:is a sulfur-containing amino acid and an important component of elastin in tendons, ligaments and the joint capsule.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethan): biologically active sulfur as an important component in tendons, ligaments and the joint capsule.

The unique combination of the ingredients provides elasticity and helps the cartilage to remain strong.

Directions:
For adults, take 2-3 capsules daily as a nutritional supplement (preferably with meals). Do not exceed the daily recommendation. The active ingredients are quickly absorbed, irrespective of how full the stomach is. If you have problems swallowing, you can take apart the capsules and mix them with other food. Endurance athletes like to release the capsule contents into isotonic drinks.
